Staff reported four administrative plat approvals (Palmer's Chapel resubdivision, Cornett property, Tillman plat amendment and Winters plat amendment) and said work continues on the county Comprehensive Plan, with a work study planned to discuss survey results, goals and objectives. Commissioners again raised safety concerns about five‑acre partitions that can bypass fuller county review; staff and counsel noted any regulatory changes would require public notice and follow established rulemaking processes.
