Committee hears state-bill briefs: grocery-store notice, SOP vote amendment, DACA licensing bill

Legislative affairs staff asked the committee to support a bill requiring advance notice for large grocer closures and warned of a late amendment to a medical-records bill that would change local SOP voting to unanimous; staff also noted progress on AB759 to expand licensing access for DACA recipients.
