The Show Low Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously on April 28 to recommend that City Council approve a zone change for a parcel within the Water's Edge master plan. The change, requested by Espiritu Loci Incorporated (case 605-03-125), would rezone APN 212-11-102A from AR-43X (single-family residential; manufactured homes excluded) to PUD (planned unit development).
