Rockwall County approves change order No. 7 for sheriff's office IT work
Commissioners approved prime contract change order No. 7 with SCI Construction to cover low-voltage/IT work in the sheriff's office renovation. The item adds about $59,000 to contractor contingency and raises expected low-voltage costs to roughly $120,000; the court said it will use the builder's contingency rather than the IT allowance.
