Village reports $1.3 million in construction through April; LaGrange Road work may extend into next spring
The board heard that April construction activity totaled about $740,000 (25 permits) and that year-to-date construction value is about $1.3 million. Officials also said the LaGrange Road project could continue into next spring, with the 294 ramp expected to finish by October or November.

The village reported April construction valued at $739,951 across 25 permits, generating $20,125 in permit fees for the month. For the first four months of the year the village issued 67 permits totaling $1,302,351 in construction value and $36,685 in permit fees, the acting chair told the board.
