The committee moved to enter an executive session to consider information related to pending or probable litigation pursuant to section 2(c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act. The motion was moved and seconded; a roll-call vote recorded ayes from Aldermen Hsu, Vojetzky, Shabazz, Dorset, Katz, Winn and Hemingway, and the chair announced, "All ayes. Motion carried."
