The White House Planning Commission approved, on its consent agenda, bond extension requests for previously approved subdivisions, including Summerlin Phases 15 and 9, Cedar Grove PUD and Parks Phase 4. Staff described these as administrative extensions—no new development approvals were granted; the purpose is to allow additional time for infrastructure completion. A motion to approve the consent agenda passed by voice vote.
