Oscoda County authorizes EMPG grant, EMS equipment purchase and fire-suppression work
The board authorized a $2,125 EMPG grant, approved a $134,842 three-year EMS equipment purchase agreement with Stryker (annual payments of $44,947) including trade-ins, authorized a Letter of Intent for a Veterans Affairs grant, and approved a $37,950 fire suppression contract.

The Oscoda County Board authorized several fiscal and procurement items during the April 14 meeting. The board authorized the Fiscal Year 2025 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG, Grant No. EMC-2025-EP-05001) with the Michigan Department of State Police for $2,125 and authorized the chairman to sign (motion 2026-092).
