ADRC reports hiring, APS uptick and planned shift to PurePlace reporting
Winnebago County ADRC reported a new disability benefit specialist hire, rising APS call volumes in early March, and plans to pilot the state's PurePlace time-and-task reporting system before a planned switch that staff said they expect to validate carefully to avoid losing federal funds.
