The court approved the final plat for Blalock Estates, a subdivision of approximately 10 acres in Precinct 4 that will be split into two lots (roughly 3 to 6.2 acres). County staff told the court all required documents and approvals were included in the agenda request packet. A commissioner moved to approve the final plan and the court voted in favor.
