The committee voted to approve a parcel map that will subdivide two existing parcels at 724 and 730 G Street into four lots for the Sweet Briar Townhomes, adding a condition that the developer27s covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) must allow reciprocal access to shared facilities and be provided for staff review before the map is recorded.
