Katuria said the McKinney campus building identified as MMH Phase 2 (Bridal Sidalco) is 88% complete, with the roof and exterior brickwork finished. He said the public health and medical examiner buildings have roofs complete and brickwork near completion, and that plaza and garage work is actively underway. "The roof is 100% complete," Katuria said of the recently photographed structures.
The court was shown figures for major projects: the adult detention facility Phase 2 construction cost including change orders stands at $112,500,000, with Katuria reporting six change orders in the past two quarters…
