The court moved to appoint the first board of directors for the newly created Collin County Emergency Services District No. 1. Presiding official read the motion naming Daniel Robinson, Tim Mok, Kevin Megillis, Randall Shen and Linda Backlund and the court approved the appointments by voice vote, 5-0.
