The Commissioner’s Court approved orders creating two Public Improvement Districts (PIDs) in Precinct 4 on Feb. 2: the Chasin Heights PID (petitioner HLH Properties LLC) on ~127 acres and the Real Rio Road PID (Mullins Ranch Seguin LLC) on ~134 acres.
