Paul Riley addressed the Brown County Board during the public-comment period to ask the name of the legal firm working on the commissioners' release from the nondisclosure agreement with an entity listed in the minutes as "DBU STU LLC" and to request an update on the status of a mutual release. Mr. Riley also asked that the minutes from the Wednesday, March 11 meeting be revised to add the discussion that occurred prior to the motion to rescind live-streaming.
