Bonner County asks risk management for Safety Plus usage metrics before renewal

Risk Manager Christian Jocelyn (Speaker 8) presented a contract-renewal proposal for the Safety Plus training and incident-reporting platform and said the contract includes training, claims management and incident reporting functionality. Several commissioners questioned whether the platform had been used enough to justify renewal, asking for utilization metrics, onboarding practices and whether the county's needs could be met by alternative tools.
