Following a closed session under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(c), the Dickinson County Board of Adjustment voted 5-0 to accept a settlement agreement; the county attorney participated by phone.

The Dickinson County Board of Adjustment met in closed session on Oct. 27 under Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(c). Present were board members, county staff and the county attorney, Steven Goodlow, who participated by phone. After returning to open session the board voted 5-0 to accept a settlement agreement.
