The Fayette County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 13, 2025 unanimously approved a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) amendment for Phase 6 of the Rattlesnake Water System Improvements Project (Contract A) with Bowen Engineering Corporation. The board recorded the GMP for Phase 6 — described as "furnish only of generator and pumps" — as not to exceed $1,170,586.08.
