Auglaize County board holds executive session on employee discipline, authorizes return to work pending charges
Following an executive session, the Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to allow an employee to return to work pending the outcome of disciplinary charges. Administrator Erica L. Preston was authorized to implement the return.

The Auglaize County Board of Commissioners entered executive session April 16, 2026 to discuss the discipline of a public employee. Commissioner David Bambauer moved to enter executive session at 11:44 a.m.; Commissioner Douglas A. Spencer seconded. Chairman John Bergman called the roll: Spencer - yes; Bambauer - yes; Bergman - yes.
