Board notes campground‑host posting, asks for West Creek development update

Members recalled prior surveys, hydrology work and levee/levee repair concerns that reduced a 16‑lot concept to a smaller set of lots because some parcels could not accommodate both septic and well systems. Board members agreed it would be useful to request a brief update from the municipal manager or mayor on the current status of any West Creek development interest.
No formal action was taken; members assigned follow‑up tasks to request an update and to route the scooter/e‑bike safety correspondence and Dye Flats clarifications to the next meeting’s agenda.
