The Daae Community Advisory Board on March 11 heard written correspondence from resident Sherry Corrington urging the municipality to tighten rules for guided motorized groups and to treat large scooter and e‑bike caravans as a public‑safety concern. Chair (S1) read Corrington’s letter, which cites SMC 5.080.02 (motor vehicle rental agencies) and notes current guided‑tour limits of eight vehicles. Corrington recommended reducing caravan limits for scooters and e‑bikes from eight to six and called for active enforcement and ticketing when groups grow too large.
