Columbiana County commissioners approve contracts, appropriations and program amendments
At their Sept. 24 meeting the commissioners unanimously approved multiple fiscal and program actions: awarding the engineer garage expansion bid, authorizing a property appropriation for a bridge replacement in East Palestine, adopting IV-D contracts for child support services, increasing Back to School Shoe Program contract ceilings, and approving PRC plan changes effective Oct. 1.
