The Fayette County Board of Commissioners on March 16 rescinded a prior October 20, 2025 resolution and appointed the initial five-member Board of Directors for the Fayette County Development & Finance Authority (the Port Authority), created under Ohio Revised Code Sections 4582.21–4582.71.
