The Huron County Commissioners on Tuesday approved an amendment to the county's Master Agreement with Dynegy Energy Services East, LLC to extend the term of electric generation supply and related services and to set the rates customers will pay under the county's aggregation program.
The board adopted the amendment by roll call after Administrator/Clerk Vickie Ziemba said Dynegy representatives previously discussed the contract and that new pricing information would be provided to the county that day. The resolution approving the amendment was entered into the record and an amendment copy is on file with the commissioners.
Commissioners recorded the action as a formal resolution and noted that the county will follow the agreement terms and any required notifications to aggregation program customers.
