Carter County commission appoints two district commissioners and a constable
The Carter County Board of Commissioners on March 18 appointed Lesley Hughes (7th District), Jerry Stout (8th District) and Shana Brower (5th District constable) by acclamation; Mayor Patty Woodby administered the oaths and the board grew to 24 members.
