Fayette County adopts cybersecurity program required by House Bill 96
The Fayette County Board of Commissioners adopted a county IT Cybersecurity Program Oct. 6, 2025, effective immediately, and designated cybersecurity records and incident reports as non-public under Ohio Rev. Code § 9.64.
