At its April 7 meeting the Henefer Town Council approved a series of formal motions and recorded the outcomes as follows.
Business license — Underground Dirt Works LLC: Mayor Kay H. Richins called for the motion. Councilperson Chad West moved to approve the business license for Underground Dirt Works LLC; Alec Deru seconded and the motion passed unanimously. (Absent: Steve Dallin.)
Accept property bid — old dump ground: The council accepted a bid from Jenni Wayment for the old dump property. Councilperson Chad West moved and Alec Deru seconded; the motion passed unanimously. (Absent: Steve Dallin.)
Purchase approval — Rippler pond-optimization system: The council approved purchasing a pond-optimization system described in the minutes as a "Rippler" (transcript contains inconsistent spellings). Councilperson Alec Deru moved to approve the purchase; Rush Hotchkiss seconded and the motion passed unanimously. (Absent: Steve Dallin.)
