Commissioners reviewed a Request for Qualifications for a courthouse design professional, asked the design architect to help define the project budget and schedule, and directed relocation of fiber and analog wiring in the Courthouse before renovation work begins.

Commissioner Brian Winegardner and county staff discussed the Courthouse Renovation Project’s Request for Qualifications for a design professional. Jason Patchet and Mark Evans of the law firm Bricker Graydon reviewed scope and scheduling concerns and said they would revise the RFQ for commissioner review. Commissioners agreed they want the design architect involved in establishing the project budget.
