The Board of Allen County Commissioners on March 19 received a recommendation from Auditor staff to contract with eRecording Partners Network (ePN), LLC, for a financial transaction device to support electronic filing of deeds and other real‑estate payments. Auditor Rachael Gilroy and Krista Bohn reviewed proposals and said ePN was their preferred vendor; the board received the Treasurer’s recommendation and agreed to enter into the contract under Resolution #197‑26.
