The Athens County Board of Commissioners voted on Nov. 12 to approve 19 Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program demolitions for properties the board found vacant, blighted or unsafe. The motion authorized participation in the HAPCAP program and listed each owner and parcel number in the meeting record.
