County approves $12,950 ElitAire contract to replace courthouse VRV cassette
The board accepted ElitAire's $12,950 proposal to replace a failing VRV cassette in Traffic Court B and noted the courthouse houses 50 VRV units, 11 of which have already been replaced. The measure passed unanimously under Resolution No. 2026-137.

Maintenance Superintendent Terry Johnson told the Board of Adams County Commissioners on April 13 that a VRV cassette serving Traffic Court B had failed and presented an ElitAire proposal for replacement and installation.
