Washington County commissioners approve appropriations, transfers, JFS authority and PILT distribution
At its Dec. 24 meeting the Washington County Board of Commissioners approved multiple additional appropriations and transfers, authorized the JFS director to sign inter-county allocation adjustments through Dec. 31, 2026, approved a letter supporting a Buckeye Hills EPA brownfield grant application, and distributed $11,965.12 in PILT funds for the Wayne National Forest.

The Washington County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 24 approved an omnibus package of routine fiscal and administrative actions, voting unanimously on motions that ranged from small line-item transfers to authorization of the Job & Family Services director to sign inter-county allocation adjustments through the end of 2026.
