The Adams County Commissioners unanimously authorized a $162,000 Community Development Block Grant agreement with the State of Ohio Department of Development to support a revitalization program running Sept. 1, 2025–Oct. 31, 2027, and authorized Commissioner Kelly Jones to sign the contract.
