Board adopts ordinance updating Churchill County fire department code
The Board approved Bill 2026-B (Ordinance 8), updating Churchill County Chapters 2.08 and 2.12 to modernize duties of the Fire Board and Fire Chief, update Fire Marshal qualifications, and make gender-neutral language changes; staff said there were no fiscal impacts.
