The county administrator provided multiple operational updates. On the jail construction project, he said masons continue block‑wall work in Area C, electrical and mechanical contractors are installing wiring and piping, communications contractors are pulling data cabling ahead of ceiling installations, and staffing on site has run around 90 people.
