Vienna council hears Planning Commission's draft 2026 comprehensive plan update; public hearing set for May 4

Mayor (speaker 1) opened a joint work session of the Vienna Town Council and the Planning Commission to review the planning commission's recommended draft of the 2026 comprehensive plan update. Matt Glassman, chair of the Planning Commission, thanked staff and commissioners for years of outreach and said the commission finalized its recommendation on Feb. 25.
