A Southern Springs resident told the Spring Hill Planning Commission it should withhold release of Performance Bond Resolution 206-37 for Southern Springs Phase 3A until developer Pulte fixes irrigation failures and forebay problems at Coffee Ridge Pond that the resident says threaten irrigation, groundwater and downstream drainage.
