Chief Deputy Rand Maker told the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners on April 21, 2026 that the jail population at 9:00 a.m. totaled 144 across several jurisdictions (Lincoln 30, Sagadahoc 13, Knox 53, Penobscot 45, Cumberland 1 and Federal 2).
