Commission backs letter supporting Raton senior-housing grant request
The commission approved a letter of support for a congressional-directed spending grant application (up to $3 million) from the Ron Community Development Collaborative to build 12 one-bedroom units for residents aged 55 and older; Paul Jenkins said three possible sites have been identified and the project targets households at or below 120% of area median income.
