Commission approves three rezoning requests, finalizes DeWitt Cave Road vacation order
At its May 7 meeting the commission approved three rezoning requests (3809 Spring Hill Road A1→AR; 639 Summit Road A1→AR; a Selmore Road parcel R1→C2) following staff presentations and public comment, and also approved the order to vacate DeWitt Cave Road; the Selmore Road case drew the most resident concern about stormwater and sight distance.
