Decatur County Council approved the Highway Department’s budget request totaling $2,730,356.16, which includes funding for capital equipment (4000-series items such as dump trucks, bush hogs and other heavy equipment) and holds budgeted amounts for five positions that are currently not included on the county’s salary roster.
