North Bend approves electric aggregation authorization with 10.39¢/kWh cap
Council adopted Resolution 2026-10 authorizing the mayor to execute an electric aggregation agreement recommended by Energy Alliances, Inc., provided the accepted aggregation rate at execution is 10.39 cents per kilowatt-hour or below for up to 24 months.
