Atchison County approves $1.22 million purchase order to begin Ottawa Road phase two
The Atchison County commissioners approved a $1,218,022 purchase order to Kings Construction to start monthly billing on phase two of the Ottawa Road rehabilitation. Engineers say the project uses cement-treated base and is funded partly by state cost-share.
