Public Safety Director Glen Gosnell told the Washington County Public Safety Committee that two failures of the 911 dispatch consoles recently left portions of the consoles unusable and that vendor parts are no longer available to repair them. He said the consoles were originally installed in 2014 and temporary fixes (a hydraulic jack) were only short‑term.
