At the April 16 meeting Ray County Commissioners approved and adopted a resolution establishing procedures for responding to public records (Sunshine Law) requests in compliance with Chapter 610, RSMo. The commission designated a Custodian of Records to handle Sunshine Law requests, routing them to the county clerk's office as specified in the resolution.
