Atchison County approves 2026 solid waste plan and sets tipping fees for waste and recycling
The Board approved the 2026 Solid Waste plan on April 14, establishing a $50.17 per-ton tipping fee for solid waste, a $103 per-ton fee for recycling, and a $50 construction-and-demolition fee; the plan also lists new members for the solid waste board.
