At its Feb. 18 meeting, Clark County commissioners approved a suite of routine contracts and authorizations including a $45,000 contract with Maximus for the county cost-allocation plan, an MOU with Springfield City Schools for reunification personnel lists, IT and utilities contracts, reappointments and disposals, and approved 'Then and Now' warrants.
The Board of Clark County Commissioners approved multiple routine contracts, appointments and administrative items at the Feb. 18 meeting.
Key approvals included a $45,000 contract with Maximus US Services, Inc. to prepare the countywide cost-allocation plan (effective July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029); an MOU with Springfield City Schools to add personnel to a countywide reunification team (effective Feb. 18, 2026–Feb. 18, 2027); and a contract with RobWin, LLC for IV‑D service-of-process work ($45,375 for calendar-year 2026).
The board also approved a $22,029.28 AT&T Mobility contract for Cradlepoint antennas for sheriff cruisers, a not-to-exceed $74,999 contract for PLC & SCADA maintenance with EA Automation, LLC, reappointments to the Residential Board of Building Appeals, disposal of obsolete sheriff vehicles via online auction, issuance of Then-and-Now warrants for late invoices across departments, and travel and expense allowances per staff requests. All motions were seconded and approved unanimously.
