Brooke Wagner, director of Clark County’s Reentry Department, presented the Reentry Coalition and the county’s Reentry Strategic Plan to the Board of Clark County Commissioners on March 18, urging community members and direct-service providers to join the coalition and identify employment and training opportunities for justice-impacted residents.
