The Lucas County Board of Commissioners approved two Facilities Department projects on April 14: a guaranteed maximum price (GMP 1) amendment with Berglund Construction Company for exterior façade renovations at the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas and authorization to advertise bids to replace rooftop HVAC units at the county EMS building.
