Council voted to transfer multiple Stark County auditor parcels to the Greater Alliance Development Corporation to enable single‑family residential development and to waive city water/sewer and permit fees for Build Ohio Acquisition & Holding Company, LLC (Ordinances 006‑26 and 007‑26). The council also authorized an appropriation of $100,000 from the HUD fund for Build Ohio construction (Ordinance 008‑26).
